His experience was gained within a larger consulting practice, where he led on AML advisory services, before co-founding fscom in 2011.
Jamie also sits on the Executive Committee of the Association of Foreign Exchange and Payment Companies (AFEP).

Phil is a regulatory compliance professional who specialises in building RegTech solutions for a range of industry verticals. He designed, project managed and launched fscom’s verification and risk management tool KYC-Pro.
Phil has over a decade of experience in anti-money laundering and payment services compliance.

Alison is a payments policy expert with in-depth knowledge and understanding of the payments regulatory landscape.
She is a former FSA/FCA e-money policy specialist, now Leader of the Emerging Payment Association’s Project Regulator and the Association of Professional Compliance Consultant’s PSD2 Working Group.
Alison also holds the ICA Diploma in Anti-money Laundering.
Alex is a strategy and corporate finance professional with over twenty five years experience working at, and consulting to, some of the worlds leading Financial Services Institutions.

Director, Head of Assurance
James is a payments expert with in-depth knowledge and understanding of the payments and e-money landscape and ecosystem, gained from many years heading up the Payment Services authorisations team at the FSA/FCA, and as Accountable Executive at the FCA responsible for the project to implement PSD2 into UK regulation.
He has extensive supervision experience in conducting on-site visits to financial services firms, from payment institutions to insurance companies, testing firms’ compliance against the applicable regulations, and operations audit experience whilst at Woolwich Building Society.
James holds the CII Financial Planning Certificate and the ICA Specialist Certificate in Money Laundering Risk in New Payment Products and Services.
With 13 years’ experience as an IT and information security manager, is an expert in guiding companies through the process of developing strategic, appropriate and compliant IT information security management systems.
A professional member of the British Security Society and contributor, through the British Computer Society, to government positioning papers on IT security.
Certified ISO 27001 lead implementer, Prince2 project management practitioner and holder of BCS Certificate in Information Security Management Principles and an honours degree in Computing and Information Management.
Nick is an audit expert with responsibility for testing the systems and controls of a range of firms, from those starting out in the financial services sector to the longer-established players.
He has a deep understanding of the anti-money laundering (AML) and payment services regulatory obligations of the remittance sector having provided compliance advice and undertaken authorisation applications prior to moving to the audit team.
Nick holds the ICA Diploma in Anti-money Laundering.
John is an expert in authorisations, prudential regulation, consumer credit and non-deliverable FX.
He has extensive knowledge of financial services regulation built over 40 years working in the sector, the majority of which were with the Ulster Bank where John held managerial roles in credit risk, financial reporting and controls and corporate affairs.
Holds MSc in Applied Management, a Prince2 project management qualification and the ICA Diploma in Anti-money Laundering (distinction).
Head of Financial Crime
Karen is a financial services professional with more than 12 years specialised experience covering compliance and regulatory affairs, financial crime advisory, risk management, business assurance and stakeholder relations. Immediately prior to joining fscom, Karen held a regulated controlled function role (CF2 – Compliance Function) with Central Bank of Ireland as Ulster Bank’s senior manager responsible for second line of defence oversight and monitoring of all outsourced regulatory activity in relation to anti-money laundering, sanctions, counter terrorist financing and bribery and corruption. Karen also holds the ICA Diploma in Anti-money Laundering (merit) and is a member of the ICA.

Andy is a financial management professional with extensive financial, general management and business experience gained in a variety of roles in Accountancy Practice, Corporate Banking and small, high growth businesses. He has many years experience in funding and supporting business growth strategies and is a Chartered Accountant.

Lindsey is a CIPD Qualified HR and recruitment professional with over 15 years’ experience. Her experience has been mainly focused on working for consultancy businesses in Belfast and London. She has extensive experience of working in broad strategic HR roles and more recently specialist recruitment positions.
