His experience was gained within a larger consulting practice, where he led on AML advisory services, before co-founding fscom in 2011.
Jamie also sits on the Executive Committee of the Association of Foreign Exchange and Payment Companies (AFEP).

Phil is a regulatory compliance professional who specialises in building RegTech solutions for a range of industry verticals. He designed, project managed and launched fscom’s verification and risk management tool KYC-Pro.
Phil has over a decade of experience in anti-money laundering and payment services compliance.
Phil co-founded fscom in 2011 with Jamie Cooke.

Alison is a payments policy expert with in-depth knowledge and understanding of the payments regulatory landscape.
She is a former FSA/FCA e-money policy specialist, now Leader of the Emerging Payment Association’s Project Regulator and the Association of Professional Compliance Consultant’s PSD2 Working Group.
Alison also holds the ICA Diploma in Anti-money Laundering.
Alex is a strategy and corporate finance professional with over twenty five years experience working at, and consulting to, some of the worlds leading Financial Services Institutions.

Mike is a financial crime compliance expert with over ten years’ experience in compliance beginning with a role in Travelex’s client onboarding team and progressing to Head of Compliance at Ebury, before being appointed the Compliance Director and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) for Google.
He is also Technology lead on the Executive of the Association of Foreign Exchange and Payments (AFEP).
Mike holds a postgraduate diploma in Governance Risk and Compliance, BSc In Management with Compliance, LLB in Law, the ICA Diploma in Compliance (Distinction) and the ICA Diploma in Anti-money Laundering (Merit).
Nick is an audit expert with responsibility for testing the systems and controls of a range of firms, from those starting out in the financial services sector to the longer-established players.
He has a deep understanding of the anti-money laundering (AML) and payment services regulatory obligations of the remittance sector having provided compliance advice and undertaken authorisation applications prior to moving to the audit team.
Nick holds the ICA Diploma in Anti-money Laundering.
Chief Technology Officer
Mark is a software engineer and architect with over a decade of experience delivering and supporting enterprise level software.
He has architected, designed, built and supported software across many technology stacks using a range of patterns and styles, from batch-oriented mainframe systems to microservices.
Mark is also an experienced public speaker on technical subject matters having delivered lectures at Queen’s University Belfast and presentations at more informal meet-ups.
John is an expert in authorisations, prudential regulation, consumer credit and non-deliverable FX.
He has extensive knowledge of financial services regulation built over 40 years working in the sector, the majority of which were with the Ulster Bank where John held managerial roles in credit risk, financial reporting and controls and corporate affairs.
Holds MSc in Applied Management, a Prince2 project management qualification and the ICA Diploma in Anti-money Laundering (distinction).
